German Teacher at IES Helsingborg

Internationella Engelska Skolan Helsingborg (IES Helsingborg) opened in autumn 2017 and is now looking for a German teacher. You should be interested in working in an international environment and see a challenge in teaching at a school based on these three core pillars:

We are looking for you who are a professional, dedicated, and qualified teacher with a teaching license. We believe you are confident, humble, proactive, and have a good ability to collaborate. Experience in similar work is an advantage. You must be able to express yourself in English, both verbally and in writing.

Job Details:

• The position involves teaching in grades 6–9.
• The position is part-time (50%) with a start date in August 2026.
• A criminal background check (extract from the Swedish Police Authority's register) is required.

IES Helsingborg is located in the southern part of Helsingborg, within cycling and walking distance from Helsingborg Central Station. It is a compulsory school with approximately 450 students in grades 4–9 and is a Cambridge International School.
