On behalf of several of our clients, Miljonbemanning is now looking for engaged and responsible C-drivers for temporary staffing assignments in Stockholm. Our clients operate within the transport and logistics industry and perform various types of assignments including distribution, freight transport, construction logistics, and special transports.

As a driver, you will become an important part of the client's daily operations. You are responsible for ensuring that transports are carried out safely, efficiently, and professionally, while representing both the client company and Miljonbemanning on the roads and in customer meetings.

As a C-driver, you will work with varied transport assignments with one of our clients in central Stockholm. The tasks may vary depending on the assignment and client, but the role always entails significant responsibility for the vehicle, cargo, safety, and service.

The tasks may include, among other things:

• driving trucks with trailers or semi-trailers

• transporting goods, materials, or equipment according to planned schedules

• loading, unloading, and securing cargo correctly and safely

• performing daily inspection and maintenance of vehicles and equipment

• communicating with customers, transport management, and colleagues

• reporting deviations, delays, vehicle faults, or damages

• working according to the client's routines, safety requirements, and quality goals

The work suits you if you thrive in an independent role where responsibility, punctuality, and service are important parts of the workday. Since assignments can vary, we are looking for someone who is flexible, solution-oriented, and adaptable to different work environments.

• has a valid C driving license

• has a valid YKB (Certificate of Professional Competence)

• can communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing

• has experience in professional driving

• is confident, responsible, and service-oriented

• has good ability to handle stress and solve problems on the road

• is punctual, self-motivated, and has good teamwork skills

• is comfortable using digital systems, apps, and mobile-based tools in work

• has good physical fitness and enjoys active work

It is meritorious if you have experience with construction transports, distribution, concrete elements, long trailers, crane trucks, or other types of special transport. It is also meritorious if you have a crane license, good local knowledge of Stockholm, and experience driving in urban environments.

We are looking for someone who takes responsibility for their work and understands the importance of safety, service, and quality in every transport. You are social, meticulous, and professional in meetings with customers and colleagues.

This is a staffing assignment where you are employed by Miljonbemanning and work at one of our clients in central Stockholm.

For ambitious and responsible drivers, there is an opportunity for direct employment with the client after a period of approximately 6–12 months.

The positions are full-time. Working hours may vary depending on the assignment and client, and may involve early mornings, daytime, evenings, or other scheduled times. Overtime and work at inconvenient times may occur.
