Assignment Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Principal Scrum Master / Java Backend Developer.

What You Will Work On

• Act as Scrum Master and Agile facilitator for a DevOps team
• Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Build scalable cloud-native solutions in AWS serverless environments
• Work with microservices architecture and asynchronous programming
• Support CI/CD processes and DevOps best practices
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and product stakeholders
• Contribute to technical architecture and backend design decisions
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Support automation, deployment, and operational stability
• Contribute to Agile delivery processes using Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban

What You Bring

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Java backend development
• Experience in Scrum Master or Team Lead roles
• Strong expertise in Java backend development
• Strong TypeScript skills
• Experience with AWS, especially serverless architectures
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and system design
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with GitHub and version control workflows
• Strong Spring Boot experience
• Experience with asynchronous programming
• Experience with Unix and Linux environments
• Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience working in Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
