Assistant Nurse/Care Aide for Home Care Nära.

Organization Description

The Home Care service consists of seven units: Norra, Södra, Nära, Östra, Stödenheten, Nattenheten, and Resursenheten. All units, except those in rural areas, are co-located on Upplagsvägen together with the district nursing staff, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.

Through individually assessed interventions, we strengthen the individual's ability to manage their daily life and enable them to continue living in a safe and familiar environment.

Job Responsibilities

As an assistant nurse at Home Care Nära, you will perform services in the form of assistance and personal care in the client's home. We work based on safety and quality, with the goal of having satisfied clients.

The work includes planning, implementation, follow-up, and documentation of interventions according to the organization's quality goals. You will collaborate closely with colleagues and other professions to ensure the best possible care. The role also includes ombudsman duties within the team.

A computer and mobile phone are used as work tools, so you should have good digital competence as well as good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

In the organization, we use systems such as Pulsen Combine, TES, Skyresponse, and DF Respons.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have an assistant nurse education or other education that the employer considers equivalent. You should have good cooperation skills, be positive, flexible, and provide good treatment to clients, their relatives, and your colleagues. You must be able to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and have good digital competence.

Personal suitability is highly valued. In accordance with the National Minorities Language Act, Gällivare Municipality is the administrative municipality for Sami, Meänkieli, and Finnish. Knowledge of any of these languages is an advantage when applying for employment in Gällivare Municipality.

A driver's license is required.

Working Hours/Duration

Permanent position, 100%. Working shifts during day/evening/weekend.

A probationary period may apply.
