We are now looking for a Frontend Developer to join Svea Bank, who wants to take a key role in further developing our partner portals with a focus on quality and long-term stability.

About the Role
As a frontend developer with us, you work closely with the business and become a central part of our ongoing initiative within digital customer and partner experiences. You will belong to one of Svea's business areas, MoneyGo, which provides services within car financing. You have primary technical responsibility for the frontend part and ensure that our user interfaces are logical, efficient, and clearly support business processes such as credit handling and signing flows. You drive quality assurance through code reviews, and the focus is always on robust solutions that are easy to maintain and sustainable over time, in a "vanilla-first" environment with a strong focus on performance and the web as a platform.

The position is located at our local office in Helsingborg.

You work closely with other developers and specialists in the team – where lack of hierarchy, knowledge sharing, and shared responsibility are important ingredients.

Experience and Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in frontend development with a focus on complex web applications.
• Very good knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with TypeScript to write robust, clear, and maintainable codebases.
• Experience with or strong interest in Web Components and Lit, including Shadow DOM and component encapsulation.
• Experience with API integrations and collaboration on REST API design.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
