As Deputy Store Manager at Synsam, you will become a key figure in one of the most innovative companies in the Nordics within optics and lifestyle products. Together with the Store Manager, you will support the store operations where energy, quality, and service are a natural part of everyday life.
A day as Deputy Store Manager at Synsam

In your daily work, you will switch between supporting employees, anchoring routines, and following up on results. You are present in customer interactions and contribute to creating a work environment where every employee feels inspired and motivated to grow. Through collaboration and engagement, you ensure the store consistently delivers at the highest level.
In the role of Deputy Store Manager, you will also:
- Support the Store Manager: Take charge of daily operations when the Store Manager is not present. Collaborate closely to drive engagement, service, and results, and contribute to staff development.
- Drive Sales and Results: Work actively to achieve the store's goals, think creatively to optimize results, and ensure that Synsam's concepts and routines are followed.
- Inspire the Team: Coach, give feedback, and test new ideas together with the team to ensure the store always delivers at the highest level.
