In the role of Deputy Store Manager, you will also:

• Support the Store Manager: Take charge of daily operations when the Store Manager is not present. Collaborate closely to drive engagement, service, and results, and contribute to staff development.
• Drive Sales and Results: Work actively to achieve the store's goals, think creatively to optimize results, and ensure that Synsam's concepts and routines are followed.
• Inspire the Team: Coach, give feedback, and test new ideas together with the team to ensure the store always delivers at the highest level.
