Job Description:

  • Provide on-site support for SWED tools, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for end users.
  • Assist with tool installation, configuration, and license management.
  • Perform tool maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
  • Validate and test tools in a real-time environment prior to deployment.
  • Act as first point of contact for incident management, troubleshooting, and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Support end users and suppliers, ensuring minimal downtime and business continuity.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues, ensuring quick turnaround and high user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tool stability and usability.
