We are now looking for an engaged Project and Construction Coordinator for a part-time position. This is the role for you who love order, clarity, and getting things done. As a project and construction coordinator, you act as the "hub" in their construction and facility projects. You support the business by coordinating projects, maintaining dialogue with external partners, and ensuring all documentation is in place before important decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating ongoing construction and property projects and follow up on schedules
• Act as a contact point between internal departments and external consultants or property owners
• Help create decision support materials, preliminary studies, and needs analyses for new projects
• Support the work of analyzing how they use their facilities today and what they will need in the future
• Ensure that project status, risks, and deviations are reported in a structured manner to the client

We are looking for someone who

• Is currently studying construction and property, project management, urban planning, or has another primary occupation
• Has previous work experience from construction and property projects where you have gained a good understanding of the early stages of the construction process
• Has the ability to work strategically and structurally with business and facility needs
• Is proficient in both Swedish and English as both languages are used in daily work
• Has the possibility to work 60%
