We are looking for an experienced paramedic nurse for prehospital operations in Sweden.

The role involves independent medical assessments in acute situations, where you are responsible for the patient's initial care and prioritization at the scene of the incident or at home.

You will work in an experienced team with clear guidelines and well-functioning routines, where every intervention requires both clinical competence and the ability to make decisions under time pressure.

Many of our paramedic nurses choose to return to similar assignments, contributing to continuity and stability in the operation.

Job Responsibilities

As a paramedic nurse, you are responsible for:

• Independent patient assessment in a prehospital setting
• Acute care and treatment
• Prioritization and triage
• Medication management according to guidelines
• Communication with emergency departments and other healthcare providers
• Documentation according to current requirements

The role demands high clinical judgment, structure, and decision-making skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse with specialist education in prehospital care or emergency care
• Experience in prehospital work
• Ability to work independently in acute situations
