As a Service Advisor, you are responsible for receiving our customers, booking and planning workshop work, and ensuring efficient case handling. You work closely with the workshop manager, technicians, and other colleagues, ensuring that customer needs are met in the best possible way.

The responsibilities include, among other things:

• Handling warranty cases and contact with the general agent

• Booking and planning of service and repairs

• Damage cases with insurance companies

• Invoicing and control of incoming invoices

• Administration of service agreements and other administrative tasks

We are looking for you who have documented experience working as a Service Advisor or Customer Receptionist in the automotive industry, with a special focus on handling warranties and insurance cases.

To succeed in the role, you need to be structured, service-oriented, and have good administrative skills. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you get to combine customer contact with administration and problem-solving.

We would like you to have:

• Experience with systems such as KOBRA and CABAS (meritorious)

• Good knowledge of Excel

• Vehicle technical education (meritorious)

• Ability to plan, prioritize, and create good customer relationships

We value a positive attitude, teamwork, and the willingness to give that little extra for both customers and colleagues.

• Documented experience working with warranty handling

• Swedish and English in speech and writing

• Category B driver's license

Meritorious:

• Category C or D driver's license

• Additional experience from the automotive industry
