Who are we looking for?

We are currently looking for a skilled C-class truck driver who is interested in working on the fantastic island of Gotland during weeks 22–32 this summer!

This assignment includes accommodation during the weeks the work is to be performed. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is not afraid of new challenges and has the possibility to live away from home during weeks 22–32.

We are seeking candidates who value our customers and take good care of both vehicles and cargo. You deliver with precision and quality.

The jobs with us involve some active physical tasks. We would like you to enjoy being active, meeting customers, and seeing different areas of Gotland.

About the position:

We are looking for you who thrive in a flexible full-time job where you get the opportunity to meet various customers with varying driving routes and tasks. With us, you will gain broad experience in your profession as a truck driver.

Our customers are mainly within Food (groceries and temperature-controlled goods), Packages (usually parcels), but other industries may also be involved.

Working hours:

The working hours may vary depending on which of our customers you are assigned to.

The shifts are 8 hours long, with start times tending to be somewhere between 05:00–07:00 in the morning.

Evening shifts also occur, starting somewhere around 14:00–15:00 in the afternoon.

Requirements:

• C-class driver's license
• Valid Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC/YKB)
• Digital Driver Card
• Forklift license A
• Fluent in Swedish

Merits:

• At least 6 months of daily driving experience with heavy trucks
• Access to a personal car to reach remote workplaces
• ADR basic certification
• Crane license (preferably for loads over 18 tons)

Appointment:

Interviews and training take place on an ongoing basis. The positions are full-time with the possibility of a permanent employment contract after 6 months. There are also great opportunities to transfer into employment with one of our customers. If you are our new truck driver, there are many opportunities if you have the drive.

The base salary is based on the average salary of the regular drivers at the customer you work for. Shift allowances and overtime compensation are most commonly according to the transport industry's collective agreement, but other collective agreements may apply as we follow the agreements our customers have.

We use the Verifieras control tool and conduct a background check on you as an applicant.
