Capio Vårdcentral Högdalen is a modern and well-functioning primary care clinic with 30 dedicated employees working together to provide safe, efficient, and person-centered care.
We have over 12,500 registered patients, and we strive every day to offer high-quality care with good accessibility and a warm welcome.
We are a multiprofessional operation where collaboration, development, and job satisfaction are at the center.
Our home care service is organized into three geographical areas – Högdalen, Bandhagen, and Örby – which creates proximity, continuity, and security for both patients and employees.
Your RoleWe are looking for you who are a District Nurse (Sjukgymnast/Distriktssköterska) or Nurse and want to work in a varied and developmental role where clinic work is combined with home care.
The position is structured in a rotating four-week schedule where you alternate between the clinic and home care. This gives you broad clinical experience and a central role in the patient's entire care process.
Clinic WorkAt the clinic, you work with:
Telephone advice and medical assessments
Standard clinic duties
Digital patient contacts via chat
There is also an opportunity for remote work during parts of the time.
Home CareIn home care, you work closely with a colleague responsible for a geographical area. You become part of a well-functioning team consisting of coordinators, district nurses, nurses, assistant nurses, and doctors.
We have a strong team focus and work systematically to create safe, coordinated, and person-centered care in the patient's home.
The home care service covers approximately 130 patients with varying and often complex care needs.
Tasks:Assessment of patients' health status in a home environment
Dressing changes
Medication management
Stoma and catheter care
Collaboration with internal and external care providers
You travel between patients on foot, by bicycle, public transport, or car.

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, preferably with experience from primary care. You express yourself fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
You are confident in your profession and have a good ability to plan, prioritize, and collaborate. You thrive in a varied daily life where the pace can be high and where you are given the opportunity to take personal responsibility.
Experience of home care and a B-driver's license is meritorious.
