Shift Leader for Warehouse in Rosersberg – Simplex is looking for you!

Simplex is now looking for an engaged and driven shift leader for our client's warehouse operations in Rosersberg. Together with the client, we are looking for you who want to take responsibility, lead the team forward, and contribute to an efficient and well-functioning operation.

This is a long-term position with good development opportunities for the right person.

About the role

As a shift leader, you play a key role in daily operations. You are responsible for ensuring that work at the warehouse runs efficiently and that the team achieves set goals. We are looking for someone who is clear in their leadership, enjoys taking responsibility, and likes working close to the operations.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and distribute daily work at the warehouse
• Ensure the team works towards common goals
• Support and develop employees in their daily tasks
• Follow up on deviations affecting quality, productivity, or deliveries
• Actively work towards a safe and well-organized working environment

We would appreciate it if you have experience from warehouse operations within building materials, as this is a merit for the position.

We are looking for you who:

• Are responsible and structured
• Have natural leadership skills and good collaboration abilities
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can make independent decisions
• Are meticulous and quality-conscious
• Have previous experience in a leading role within warehousing or logistics
• Speak and write Swedish fluently
• Have experience with warehouse work

Working hours and conditions

• Working hours: 14:00–23:00
• Scope: Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Start: As agreed, taking notice periods into account
• Location: Rosersberg
• Salary: According to agreement
