As a nursing assistant or care aide at Forenede Care, you work to provide good care, service, and support to our residents.

In the role of nursing assistant, you will perform care and support based on the customer's wishes and in accordance with current assistance decisions, with a strong focus on quality. This includes personal hygiene, assistance with meal preparation and serving, answering alarms, and social interaction. Social interaction can include conversations, games, cycling trips, music activities, or similar. You will also perform delegated tasks from licensed staff, such as medication administration and exercise.

In the role of care aide, you will perform care and support based on the customer's wishes and in accordance with current assistance decisions, with a strong focus on quality. This includes personal hygiene, assistance with meal preparation and serving, answering alarms, and social interaction. Social interaction can include conversations, games, cycling trips, music activities, or similar.

As a summer substitute, you have good chances of receiving new substitute positions or permanent employment.

Job Description

We are currently looking for several colleagues for part-time fixed-term positions with immediate start dates.

To be eligible for the position, you need:

• A certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant, or alternatively, experience working as a care aide.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

We also consider it an advantage if you have previous experience in elderly care and dementia care.

To thrive in this role, you care about your fellow human beings, are good at building relationships, have a strong commitment, and are service-oriented. We work both in teams and independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in this environment.
