You will work closely with a team of engineers within Aircraft Development at SMRA. The team works on the development and modification of regional and, primarily, military radar surveillance aircraft, including the Global Eye.

You will collaborate closely with the line manager, engineers, and other employees within the function.

Your primary responsibilities include resource planning and coordination in dialogue with responsible resource owners and project/task managers to ensure efficient workload distribution within your team or group. You will work with both short- and long-term capacity planning, as well as follow-up against resource needs and outcomes. As a line planner, you will also have external interfaces and coordinate resources outside of SMRA's own organization.

Your daily tasks include, among other things:

• Resource planning and coordination on both short and long-term bases to enable your team to perform good and efficient work.
• Capacity and scenario analyses.
• Participation in various forums to monitor and follow up on resource needs, both within platform projects and in support and aftermarket services.
• Working with resource needs and resource allocation in close dialogue with the line.
• Ongoing communication with various stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Support in prioritization matters.
• Business development and efficiency improvements of methods and working practices.
