Bäckman & Berg AB is now looking for a Business Travel Sales Representative who wants to be part of our continued development to build the best workplace in the travel industry!

Bäckman & Berg is a modern travel agency with extensive experience in smooth business travel and experience-rich holiday trips. We specialize in smaller corporate clients and assist with both conference travel and individual business trips. We combine personal service with digital tools to create efficient and cost-effective travel solutions.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for active business travel sales to new and existing corporate clients via incoming calls and emails.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through advice on travel policy, cost optimization, and service agreements.
- Handle invoicing, follow-up, and administration for corporate clients.
- Report sales activities and achieve set sales targets.
Requirements
- Completed upper secondary education
- At least 5 years of experience in business travel sales
- Trained in the booking system Amadeus
- Trained and experienced in the booking system Linkon
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Merits
- Completed Trac training
- Experience working in TouchDown
- Previous work experience in customer service

Other details about the position
Start: As agreed, early autumn.
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00.
Location: At our office in Kalmar
Employment type: Full-time permanent position with an initial 6-month probationary period.
