About the role
We are strengthening our facility in Spånga by hiring a supervisor, as the previous supervisor is moving on internally. You will work closely with the site manager and another supervisor, as well as the seven technicians currently working on the damage side.
You will be responsible for the entire chain from initial customer contact to invoicing, and you will have the opportunity to influence the results together with your colleagues.
Examples of typical tasks include:
- Damage inspection and calculating estimates in Cabas.
- Planning, distributing, and following up on work.
- Creating work orders and invoicing.
- Contact with both customers and insurance companies.
- Ordering spare parts and inventory management.
We are looking for someone who
- Has previous experience within the automotive industry.
- Has worked or is currently working as a damage technician and wants to take the next step.
- Has good experience with the Office package.
- Has good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Experience with Cabas and holding a Category C driver's license is meritorious but not required. Previous experience as a supervisor or damage assessor is also considered an advantage.
