Yippo is Stockholm's party shop with a wide range of products including party decorations, balloons, costumes, and accessories for all holidays and themed parties. We help individuals, companies, and event organizers create memorable moments – from children's birthdays and student celebrations to Halloween and weddings.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of Store Assistant at Yippo, you will:

• Receive and guide customers in the store
• Help customers find the right products for their party or event
• Handle cash register duties and payments
• Stock shelves and keep the store well-organized and inviting
• Manage inventory and stock handling
• Handle returns and complaints in a professional manner
• Participate in store decoration and window displays

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Requirements:

• Fluent in Swedish (speaking and writing)
• Have a good sense of service and a genuine interest in customer interactions
• Are self-motivated and can run the store independently without supervision
• Take initiative and responsibility when the situation calls for it
• Are responsible and meticulous in your work
• Can work at a fast pace, especially during peak seasons
• Are flexible and can work evenings and weekends as needed

Merits:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service within specialty retail
• Experience working independently in a store
• Knowledge of English, preferably additional languages
• Interest in parties, decorations, or events
