The Role: Personal Service Technician (PST)

As a Personal Service Technician (PST), you will be an integral part of a team responsible for the entire customer journey, from booking to vehicle handover. Care, heart, and quality are our guiding principles.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Service, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of Volvo and Polestar vehicles using modern technology.
• Customer contact, booking, planning, and light administrative tasks.

• You thrive in close customer interaction and enjoy working in pairs. The pair works within a fast-paced team with strong camaraderie. You plan your workday, make decisions, and manage your workflow – supported by the team.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (Category B, manual transmission).
• Automotive technical education or equivalent work experience as a mechanic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
