On behalf of our client, we are now looking for an Accreditation Manager with experience in IS/IT and information security. About the role

In the role of Accreditation Manager, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving related work for both new and existing IT systems. You ensure that the business meets current requirements and work closely with various specialist functions within the organization.

You are responsible for organizing and carrying out necessary steps within the accreditation process, including documentation, audits, and follow-up of security requirements. The role involves close collaboration with, for example, IT architects, test managers, IT security, information security, export control, and GDPR functions.

You will also become an important part of further developing processes and methodology in the area together with the rest of the accreditation team.

Main responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate accreditation-related work in new and existing assignments
• Review security requirements and document work according to established processes
• Coordinate and follow up on activities related to IT system accreditation
• Conduct and support audits and inspections
• Ensure that requirements from the business and customer are handled
• Contribute to the development and improvement of processes and methodology within the accreditation area
• Collaborate with several different functions and stakeholders within the organization

Your profile

We believe you have a background in IS/IT or equivalent and a good understanding of information security and regulatory requirements. You are accustomed to communicating and presenting information to people at different levels in the organization and thrive in a role where collaboration and coordination are central.

As a person, you are structured, orderly, and have a good ability to drive work forward. You have natural leadership skills and enjoy guiding and collaborating with others.

Requirements

• Good understanding of IS/IT or equivalent
• Accustomed to creating and presenting information to people at different levels within an organization
• Good leadership qualities and experience in guiding and working together with others
• Proficiency in working with Word and Excel
• Structured and orderly in your approach to work

Merits

• Knowledge of requirements within ISO 27001, Export Control, GDPR, FAR/DFAR, CMMC, NIST, and KSF/ISM
• Documented experience leading accreditations or equivalent work
• Experience from working in the defense industry
• At least 4–8 years of experience in the relevant area

Additional information

Location: Malmö

This is a fixed-term employment with NXT Interim Malmö AB for the period June 2026 - May 2027, with a possible extension. We apply collective agreements. The position is subject to security clearance requirements according to current security protection regulations. This implies a requirement for approved background checks and, in some cases, specific citizenship requirements.
