What do we offer?

We are a group of five competent and driven SSK/DSK nurses looking for reinforcement for our diabetes clinic.

We place great emphasis on collaboration and helping each other.

The clinic offers varied tasks with good opportunities for development.

Your tasks as a Diabetes Nurse will mainly consist of diabetes care, assessment, and treatment of patients, in consultation with the responsible physician, both through telephone advice and clinic visits. You will collaborate closely with home healthcare services to follow up on this patient group as well.

The role may also include other common tasks at the health center. We have scheduled days within different areas of the health center to enable structured work.

We use the medical record system "Take Care," and we would appreciate it if you are familiar with this system. We also welcome your involvement in working with processes and routines, as we continuously engage in improvement work.

Here you will find excellent colleagues, a strong sense of care for one another, and a group that is close to laughter. Our professional roles include district doctors, counselors, district nurses, nursing assistants, and rehabilitation coordinators. All with the same ambition – to be the health center with a big heart!

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a competent and positive nurse with experience in primary care.

We place great importance on you contributing to an open and positive work climate together with your colleagues.

Personal suitability is highly valued, with teamwork, independence, decision-making ability, and flexibility being key traits.

Of course, the patient is always your focus, and you value good treatment, both over the phone and in person.

The Clinic

Täby Centrum General Practice is located in the heart of Täby Centrum. In March, we moved into new premises in the shopping mall together with Mama Mia and Child Health Care (BVC). We have specialists in general medicine, training doctors, junior doctors, district nurses, nurses, psychotherapists, and nursing assistants. The clinic has just over 7,000 registered patients. Our common goal is to offer good and close care to all patients with engagement, empathy, and competence, and to be a pleasant workplace for all our wonderful employees.

A personal approach from staff you recognize is one of the foundations of our operations. Our operations are environmentally certified and reviewed annually based on environmental and quality aspects.
