Capio Primary Care Centre Väsby is located near the commuter train station with access to staff parking, making it easy to commute to and from work. We are a team of 28 employees taking care of approximately 10,000 registered patients. Together with doctors, nurses, district nurses, assistant nurses, physiotherapists, and psychologists, we work to ensure holistic care that meets each patient's unique needs.
Our team conducts quality rounds daily. We are constantly working to develop our knowledge and skills to offer the best possible care. Through our combination of digital and physical care – a digital-physical care model – we can provide our patients with a flexible and efficient care experience.
Your RoleRun and lead your own diabetes clinic, where you see patients both for acute and planned appointments.
Prescribe assistive devices for patients with diabetes.
Independently triage, treat, and follow up with patients, while working closely with colleagues in a multidisciplinary team.
Provide qualified telephone advice via TeleQ and use digital tools such as chat (Flow) for smooth patient contact.
Participate in the organization's quality and development work together with management.
Supervise nursing students and contribute to their development.
Participate in Capio's diabetes network meetings.
Monitor quality markers for diabetes patients via the National Diabetes Registry (NDR) and Medrave.

About YouWe are looking for you who are trained as a diabetes nurse with at least 7.5 ECTS credits (hp) in diabetes care. You have solid knowledge in the field, and previous experience working at a diabetes clinic is an advantage. As a person, you thrive working independently and taking responsibility, but you also value collaboration and have good skills in working in a team.
You have an interest in modern, digital ways of working and see the opportunities in using new tools and methods to improve care for our patients. Here, you also get the opportunity to help develop the operations together with engaged colleagues!
