Operations Technician Property – Ventilation & Technical Systems

We are now looking for you who have a few years of experience in property operations technology and who want to help develop, optimize, and ensure the operation of our customers' properties. About the role

As an operations technician with us, you are responsible for the operation, service, and optimization of technical systems in properties. The role suits you who like to combine technical knowledge with practical work and who enjoy driving your assignments forward independently.

You work closely with customers, contractors, and colleagues and become an important technical resource in daily work.

Your tasks

In the role, you will among other things work with:

• Operation and monitoring of technical property systems
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving within property technology
• Service, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• New installations and commissioning of technical systems
• Balancing and optimization of ventilation and climate systems
• Energy optimization and monitoring of operational data
• OVK inspections
• Project management in smaller operational and installation projects
• Contact with customers, contractors, and suppliers

You plan large parts of your work yourself and play an important role in creating long-term sustainable and well-functioning properties.

Technical areas

You will primarily work within:

• Ventilation
• Heating systems
• Cooling
• Control and regulation technology
• Property operations and energy optimization

We are looking for you who

We are looking for you who have a few years of experience as an operations technician, service technician, or property technician and who feel confident working independently with technical property systems.

To succeed in the role, we believe you:

• Have experience in property operations technology
• Have a good understanding of ventilation, heat, and technical systems
• Are accustomed to troubleshooting and technical problem-solving
• Are service-oriented and enjoy customer contact
• Work systematically and take personal responsibility
• Have a B driver's license
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing

Meritorious experience

It is particularly meritorious if you have knowledge or experience within:

• OVK
• Control and regulation technology
• Cooling and climate systems
• Electrical installations
• Energy optimization and operational monitoring
