The Södertörn Traffic Area consists of approximately 700 employees, and we operate around 200 buses every day. Together with our client SL, we are responsible for operating and developing bus traffic in the areas of Handen, Jordbro, and Ösmo.

Personal qualities and qualifications

As a bus driver, you are outgoing, flexible, and enjoy both service and customer contact. You handle stressful situations and environments in a calm and secure manner. You have a safe driving style and drive in an environmentally friendly way.

Furthermore, we look for the following:

• Valid D-category driving license and valid CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence).
• B-category driving license for manual transmission vehicles.
• Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work irregular hours.

About the position

We offer employment as hourly paid, fixed-term, or permanent with a probation period of 6 months.

Salary according to collective agreement. If you have previously worked as a bus driver, you can get credit for years of service (within the EU) for placement in the salary scale.

Digital tests are conducted as part of the recruitment process. The tests are sent to you via email. To proceed in the process, you must achieve a passing grade, so do your best. Note that we may not always be able to provide feedback on the tests if you do not proceed to an interview.
