ISS Facility Service is looking for an Experience Host with a passion for service!

For our operations in Stockholm City, ISS Facility Service is seeking a positive and proactive Experience Host. Your role as a floor host at one of Stockholm's finest offices is to give the customer an extraordinary workday. You are passionate about service, take pride in delivering professional results, and master the art of making customers feel warmly welcomed.

About the role

We offer an exciting and flexible role with significant autonomy, working closely with managers, colleagues, and our client. You will be part of an Experience Host team that ensures the office always maintains the highest standards and runs smoothly. With a smile, you are always ready to help and provide customers with an exceptional experience every day. The location is the client's headquarters in Stockholm City, with approximately 1,000 employees on-site daily.

There is great potential for development for those willing to learn to work in multiple roles. We collaborate closely between our café, catering, and reception departments. The more people who can work in different roles, the more flexible our team becomes.

Examples of duties:

• Daily customer contact during floor rounds
• Daily handover meetings with other Experience Hosts during shift changes
• Loading and unloading dishwashers, washing dishes
• Refilling coffee stations and supplies for copy rooms, restrooms, etc.
• Maintenance of client premises, light cleaning
• Setting up furniture and meeting rooms
• Basic building and IT tasks
• Monitoring safety routines, locks, alarms, first aid
• Daily cooperation and support with other service functions and cleaning staff
• Contribute to continuous improvements in customer experience and work routines

The position is a permanent full-time role (40 hours per week) with an initial 6-month probationary period. Flexible working hours Monday–Friday, 07:00–20:30.

Requirements:

• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
• At least 3 years of experience in a service role (restaurant, hotel, or similar is advantageous)
• Proficiency in the Office package (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience learning new computer systems
