About the role

Do you want to work with technically advanced facilities where you have significant influence over how our technical systems are developed? Here, you play a key role in developing and optimizing the operations of our offices and data centers.

As an Operations Engineer, you work both operationally and strategically with our installation systems. You are responsible for ensuring they function stably today and are developed over time. The role includes planned readiness.

You will primarily:

• Analyze operational data and work on energy optimization
• Develop operational and maintenance work
• Drive energy and technology projects
• Contribute to the implementation of new technical solutions
• Create a holistic view of systems within ventilation, heating, and cooling
• Share your expertise and contribute to strengthening colleagues' knowledge in the area

We believe you have

• Previous experience with technically advanced facilities, preferably offices or data centers
• Experience working with operations, maintenance, and energy optimization
• Experience driving or participating in technology or energy projects
• A good understanding of how technical systems interact
