On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a Purchasing Agent with experience in the Monitor business system for a summer assignment just outside Helsingborg.

The assignment is planned to start during week 22 to allow for training before the summer. The need primarily covers weeks 25–29 and week 32.

This is a role for you who can quickly get up to speed and who has previous experience in purchasing combined with good familiarity working in Monitor.

As a Purchasing Agent, you will support the business during the holiday period and work with ongoing purchasing-related tasks in close collaboration with internal functions and suppliers.

The tasks may include, among other things:

• Operational purchasing and order placement

• Delivery monitoring and follow-up

• Contact with suppliers and internal functions

• Administrative tasks related to the purchasing flow

• Working in the Monitor business system

We are looking for you who have previous purchasing experience and feel confident working independently in Monitor.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

• Previous experience in purchasing

• Good experience with the Monitor business system

• Good administrative skills and structure

• Ability to quickly get up to speed with new tasks

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
