What does the role involve?

As an appointment setter here, you are often the first point of contact with potential customers. Your task is to generate interest, build relationships, and book quality meetings for our sales team.

You will be responsible for, among other things:

• Working proactively via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Contacting both cold and warm leads daily
• Booking meetings with HR managers, security officers, and other decision-makers
• Following up on previous dialogues and identifying new business opportunities
• Qualifying companies based on needs and potential
• Working towards clear goals and KPIs
• Documenting activities in the CRM system
• Collaborating closely with the Sales Manager to ensure high quality in booked meetings

Previous experience within service, sales, or customer contact is advantageous. The most important thing is your attitude and willingness to develop.
