Create sparkling Mossby magic with us!
Are you a night owl who thrives when the world slows down but prefers to keep the pace up yourself? We are now looking for you who want to work nights with us at Mossbylund and create that magical feeling that greets our guests when they wake up.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As night staff, you and a colleague are responsible for ensuring our environments are clean, calm, and ready for a new day. The work includes cleaning and furnishing our conference rooms, as well as cleaning our spa, Brunnen, with pools and relaxation areas both indoors and outdoors.
You are also responsible for service to our hotel guests during the night, for example during late arrivals, early departures, or other needs that may arise. The role also includes handling the washing of our work clothes, as we handle this internally.
As part of the night routines, you are also responsible for transporting bread and freshly baked goods between our facilities, so that the first guests of the day are greeted by fresh bread and ready-to-serve breakfast areas in the morning.
WHO ARE YOU?
You have experience in cleaning and enjoy working in a structured and meticulous manner, even when working independently. You plan your work efficiently, have an eye for detail, and take pride in leaving behind a really nice result.
You are punctual, responsible, and able to pick up the pace when needed. At the same time, you are comfortable slowing down during quieter periods, take initiative, and identify what needs to be done to keep our environments in top condition.
You greet both guests and colleagues with a positive attitude and a natural service mindset, and feel confident communicating in both Swedish and English. Since you are expected to drive our service car between facilities, a valid B-driver's license is required.
WHO ARE WE?
Located on Scania's most beautiful south coast, Mossbylund, along with its sister property Bongska Huset in Abbekås Hamn, are unique places with a family-oriented work environment where we strive to create a cozy and creative atmosphere. We value short decision-making paths that allow room for innovation. We are bound by collective agreements and are a Swan Ecolabel workplace that particularly values the environment. With us, you will get colleagues who share your passion for service and who, together with you, want to create Mossby magic for all our guests.
WHAT WE OFFER
Hotel Mossbylund and Bongska Huset offer a fantastic team and a family atmosphere where we together strive to offer our guests a magical experience every day.
The employment is a fixed-term position during the summer, with work on both weekdays and weekends. We would like you to be able to work a little during the spring to receive proper training, and the opportunities to continue working with us during the autumn are great.
Salary according to the agreement between HRF and Visita:
Standard From April 1, 2025; 149.46 SEK/h From April 1, 2026; 153.64 SEK/h
With 6 years of experience or more From April 1, 2025; 160.56 SEK/h From April 1, 2026; 167.31 SEK/h
We obviously think salary is important, but here at Mossbylund, the job becomes extra magical thanks to the atmosphere, the team, and all the memorable guests you will meet!
As an employee, you also enjoy staff benefits such as fantastic restaurant meals, gym access, spa treatments, and discounted overnight stays.
