We are a company with constant growth. We are highly appreciated in the market by our customers and are constantly taking on new homes to take care of.

Therefore, we are looking for more dedicated employees for our work team.

Our goal is to be the best at what we do and to develop continuously together. Therefore, we work in teams where we collaborate to deliver the service to the level desired by the customer. We constantly work with our values, which serve as a compass for all our employees. Feedback from each other and from customers is something we work with daily!

You should want to become perfected and professional in your work and therefore be responsive to the customer's needs. We are looking for people who are passionate about service and wish to develop. You should be able to feel pride in your work as well as show commitment. Being able to work in a team and take responsibility for the work is of great importance to us. We work primarily with services for private individuals where we offer home cleaning, window washing, and laundry. As a service employee with us, you will work in a team with new and existing customers, primarily in southwestern Skåne. The work may vary depending on the customer's bookings for services. Customers are visited weekly or on occasional occasions, and the work involves household-related services. We depart from our workplace in Landskrona daily. The employer provides the employee with work clothes.

We are looking for you who can work 75–100% (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30). Familjetid covers your training, both theoretical and practical.

Your responsibilities:

  • Visit customers according to schedule.
  • Work according to work orders and instructions provided for specific customers. Therefore, you must be able to write and read Swedish.
  • Be responsive and always ready to provide that little extra.

You do not need any previous work experience in the service industry, although it is an advantage. You will have a paid training period.

We place great importance on your personal qualities, and we believe you are:

  • Detail-oriented, flexible, and innovative.
  • Communicative and social.
  • Service-oriented and eager to work to satisfy customers.
  • Of good conduct.
  • Have a B driver's license (a requirement). However, access to a personal car is not needed, as we have company cars used for work.

Send in your CV via the link: https://www.familjetid.se/jobbstart/ (https://www.familjetid.se/jobbstart/) and we will contact you.

We are looking for colleagues who enjoy providing fantastic service and wish to learn new things and develop themselves. Everyone in the staff should feel pride in their role. If you are such a person, you are welcome to apply for the position!
