Do you want to combine practical cleaning work with responsibility for quality, planning, and development? We are looking for an engaged and structured Cleaning Coordinator who wants to contribute to high quality and good service in our operations.
What does the role involve?
In the role of Cleaning Coordinator, you work both operationally within cleaning and with coordinating daily operations. You are responsible for quality assurance, onboarding new employees, resource planning, as well as developing routines and working methods. You will become an important part of the team and a key person to ensure efficient and professional deliveries.
Examples of tasks:
- Perform cleaning according to established routines and quality requirements.
- Plan, coordinate, and distribute daily work.
- Conduct quality checks and follow up on deviations.
- Onboard, train, and mentor new employees.
- Update routines, work instructions, and processes.
- Order materials and ensure access to equipment for daily operations.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of operations.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in professional cleaning.
- Good knowledge of cleaning methods, cleaning chemicals, and cleaning machines.
- Experience in quality follow-up or quality assurance.
- Good administrative skills and experience working in digital systems.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Merits:
- SRY, PRYL, or other relevant cleaning education.
- Experience in team leadership, coordination, or staff training.
- Knowledge of INSTA 800 or similar quality standards.
- Experience in purchasing, resource planning, or working in an international environment.
