About the assignment

A family in Vikhem (Staffanstorp) with two sons (ages 2 and 5) is seeking help with picking up the children from preschool once a week. The family is flexible regarding the exact day, but likely Wednesdays. Pickup is around 15:30/16:00, and the babysitter stays until 18:00. Additionally, they may occasionally need help on an as-needed basis, for example, on date nights or similar occasions. Start date: August.

Since babysitting is a side job, we prefer that you have another primary occupation, such as studies or part-time work. To ensure a long-term relationship, we expect you to have a reasonable commute to the family (we usually consider around 30 minutes).

• We want a salary structure that feels right for all competency profiles and ages, so we offer individual salary setting for all those with a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 127.38 - 159.48 SEK/hour incl. vacation pay.
• Shift allowance (OB) and public holiday allowance
• Opportunity for a permanent contract with guaranteed hours

Upon employment as a babysitter with us, we require a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record).
