Job Responsibilities
You will primarily work in our service team and perform various types of special cleaning, window cleaning, and deep cleaning. You are part of a group but also work independently to meet the needs within your assigned area, which may also involve cleaning at multiple locations. You will also collaborate with our coordinator in our service group, who cleans in citizens' homes. In case of absence or if a customer's needs change, you may be asked to reprioritize within your team and redistribute objects in the local area that your colleagues normally handle.
Cleaning usually takes place while operations are ongoing, so it is important that you enjoy having people around you and have a good attitude towards those you meet during the day.
The coordinator role is a broad one. This role includes planning interventions for the service team and sometimes the service group. The service team handles our extra services and special cleaning, while the service group handles cleaning interventions for users in their homes. You will also be involved in the introduction and training of substitutes, work with deviation management, follow-ups, and quality work.
Other prerequisites for handling the role include:
- Ability to handle and work in Heroma.
- Proficiency in the Office package and other digital systems needed for daily operations.
- Customer focus, as well as the ability to lead and be led in work.
- Ability to prioritize between active operational work and handling administrative tasks.
You are expected to be flexible, take responsibility for the group's tasks and work environment. We work with environmentally friendly and ergonomic cleaning methods.
In addition to cleaning, the role includes maintenance of tools and mops, inventory of cleaning supplies, ordering materials, and collaborating with the coordinator and service manager to ensure a good work environment. The tasks are physically demanding.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
- Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Basic IT skills.
- Ability to work in systems for time reporting, scheduling, and documentation.
- Experience in facility cleaning/maintenance.
- Previous experience in coordination or team leadership.
