Who are you?

You are a trained assistant nurse (undersköterska) or possess equivalent competence as deemed equal by the employer. Previous experience and knowledge from working in elderly care, home care, and caring for individuals with dementia or mental health issues are considered meritorious.

You have a positive attitude, are flexible, and can work independently, while also collaborating effectively within a team. You are attentive to customers' wishes and needs, driven by a desire to create the best conditions for a meaningful and secure daily life for our customers.

Tasks and Conditions

We primarily work in the Nynäshamn urban area, where our local office is located and from which we operate. Working hours vary; we have customers requiring support from morning until evening, on both weekends and weekdays, meaning our schedules are adapted accordingly.

We work based on needs-assessed decisions and provide care, support, and service interventions in customers' homes.

Your Qualifications

You have previous experience and knowledge within elderly care, dementia, and/or mental health. You have good proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. You are a proficient computer user. A B-class driver's license is desirable, and you must be able to cycle. Knowledge of Lifecare, LMO, Phoniro, and Carefox is a plus.

Personal suitability is of great importance. We apply a probationary period.
