We are looking for you who want to work extra as a temporary substitute and can step in with short notice.

This temporary position may later lead to a permanent position. You must be trained as a nurse assistant (undersköterska) or have equivalent competence considered by the employer to be comparable. Previous experience and knowledge from working in elderly care, home care, and care for people with dementia or mental illness are meritorious.

You should have a positive attitude, be flexible, able to work independently, and collaborate effectively in a team. You should be attentive to customers' wishes and needs, driven by a desire to create the best conditions for a meaningful and secure everyday life for our customers.

Engagement, solution-focus, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to think innovatively are qualities that are highly valued.

We primarily work in the Nynäshamn urban area, where our office is also located and from which we operate. Working hours vary; we have customers requiring support from morning until evening, on both holidays and weekdays, meaning our working hours are scheduled accordingly.

We work based on needs assessments and provide care, nursing, and service interventions in customers' homes.

You should have previous experience and knowledge within elderly care, dementia, and/or mental illness. You must have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. You must be able to work independently as well as in a team. You are a proficient computer user. A B-class driver's license is desirable, and you must be able to cycle. Knowledge of Lifecare, LMO, Phoniro, and Carefox is meritorious. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
