We are now looking for an engaged and self-initiating property manager for one of our clients in Gothenburg. The position is full-time with working hours Monday–Friday 07:00–16:00.

About the role

As a property manager, you will play a central role in the daily operations of the property. The work involves great freedom under responsibility and suits you if you thrive with varied tasks and are quick to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling and supervision of properties
• Follow-up and handling of documentation
• Addressing defect reports from tenants
• Contacting and ordering contractors when necessary

We are looking for someone who

• Has a few years of experience in similar work
• Is practical and handy
• Is social and enjoys customer contact
• Is responsible and self-initiating
