Nordmann Nordic is strengthening its customer service team and is looking for a Customer Service Representative with a focus on Purchasing to join our office in Solna. The role involves daily contact with Nordmann Nordic's customers in the Nordic countries and the Baltic region, as well as with suppliers spread across the globe. Nordmann Nordic AB is part of the family-owned Nordmann group, headquartered in Hamburg. The group employs approximately 600 people globally. Nordmann Nordic is a distributor of special chemicals to manufacturers in the Nordic and Baltic regions within cosmetics, laundry and cleaning products, paints, plastics, rubber, pharmaceuticals, food, and electronics. Our Swedish team consists of 22 employees working in bright and modern premises in Solna Strand.

Your Future Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work with varied administrative tasks within orders, delivery, logistics, and sales support.

Examples of tasks include:

• Processing customer orders in the business system SAP S4/Hana.
• Purchasing goods for stock or direct delivery to customers.
• Analyzing order flows to optimize purchasing.
• Handling export orders, customs, and freight.
• Managing claims and complaints.
• Delivery monitoring and invoicing.
• Updating prices and quotations.

In addition to the above, the role includes various tasks related to the order process and general office duties. The customer service team consists of six people and serves as the heart of the company.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in similar roles within sales support, orders, customer service, or logistics. You have a strong understanding of logistics, order, delivery, and invoice flows. Experience with customs and freight, preferably in sea freight and container deliveries, is advantageous. You should be proficient in using various business systems, and experience with SAP S4/Hana is highly desirable. Proficiency in both Swedish and English, in writing and speech, is required.
