In the role of Fruit and Juice Bar Manager, you are responsible, together with the Sales Manager and the team, for the fruit bar, orders, and daily operations. You ensure that the fruit bar is always fresh, well-stocked, and inspiring. You work actively with ordering goods and contribute to a smooth and efficient flow of goods. The assortment is adapted to the season, customer needs, and profitability, and you help create a fruit bar that feels both inviting and sales-oriented.

You are responsible for ensuring that goods are correctly priced, properly labeled, and maintain high quality. You also follow up on calculations and work towards a profitable and well-functioning department. Together with your colleagues, you work in daily operations and follow the weekly planning. You help maintain good order in the cold storage, warehouse, and work areas, ensuring that the right goods are in place at the right time.

You also support the ordering process and have contact with suppliers together with the managers. An important part of the role is also to create structure in daily life, communicate clearly within the team, and contribute to good handovers between shifts. You introduce new employees and help create a positive, welcoming, and engaged work environment.

Requirements

• Experience working with fruit and vegetables.
• Experience in similar tasks, preferably within grocery retail such as ICA or another food chain.
• Experience with ordering and goods flow.

Scope and Start Date

The position involves varying working hours, including weekends.
