About the role

As a Polish-speaking Traffic Controller at DSV, you will become a key player in the import and export operations between Poland and Sweden. This role is about more than just moving goods from point A to B – it is about owning the process, overcoming obstacles along the way, and building strong relationships. Since you will be working towards the Polish market and having daily contact with drivers, transport companies, and suppliers in Poland, it is crucial that you speak and understand Polish and that communication flows smoothly.

Responsibilities

The role involves planning and coordinating transport, handling unexpected events, and maintaining good customer relations through proactive communication and problem-solving to ensure efficient logistics flows.

• Planning, booking, and coordinating transport between Poland and Sweden.
• Daily contact with drivers, freight forwarders, and customers (primarily in Polish).
• Active problem-solving in the event of delays or changed conditions.
• Negotiating and finding specific solutions for customers' transport needs.
• Ensuring smooth deliveries from point A to B.

We are looking for someone who

• Can communicate fluently in Polish, both verbally and in writing.
• Has strong problem-solving skills.
• Has the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously (multitasking).
• Has good social skills and customer service orientation.
