HOTEL STATT is looking for you who loves hospitality, food and drink, and whose energy and joy are contagious!

We are looking for someone who is brave, cheerful, and structured, with a strong sense of hospitality and sales.

Your main task is to provide our guests with an experience beyond expectations.

The Lobby Bar restaurant is an à la carte restaurant with great atmosphere and an innovative menu. We focus heavily on the total experience, so we view it very positively if you have a genuine interest in hospitality and good service.

The scope of the position/number of hours is by agreement. Working hours are primarily in the evenings, Wednesday–Saturday.

Your responsibilities

• Work in the cocktail bar with sales over the bar, app-based sales, as well as serving and clearing tables.
• Offer the highest level of hospitality and competence to always ensure guests are treated with joy and top-class service.
• Be knowledgeable, up-to-date, and skilled regarding the restaurant's offerings and industry trends.
• Work to create a sales culture within the department.
• Work actively and engaged to achieve your individual, departmental, and hotel goals.
• Always act to enhance the hotel guest's total experience, regardless of department.
• Active participation in departmental and information meetings.

• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• You have the possibility to work weekends and evenings, including holidays.

In the spring of 2017, the historic Stadshotellet changed owners, and thus we also changed shape from an old city hotel to the modern meeting venue Hotel Statt with an international and pulsating atmosphere. The entire hotel has been newly renovated by the new owners, Karin and Kjell Jakobsson.

The hotel is owned by the company Room Republic, which also includes Åhus Seaside, Grand Hotel Halmstad, V Hotel (Hbg), and Hotel Feliz (Palma). We are part of the Best Western Sure Hotels Collection.
