Job Responsibilities

As a Property Technician, you work close to the customer. It is your task to maintain existing customer relationships and establish new contacts. You have daily contact with tenants and property owners to provide them with the service they need.

Your duties will include among other things:

• Service work
• Repairs
• Maintenance work
• Installations
• Property rounds
• Operation optimization
• Drive smaller improvement projects

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Secondary education
• Education focused on property technology/adjacent industries or equivalent work experience
• Good system proficiency
• Good knowledge of Office
• Class B driver's license
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

As a Property Technician, you are an engaged problem solver who thrives in a role with many contacts and high demands on service thinking. For the position, it is important that you can take own initiatives and like to work with freedom under responsibility. You thrive in contact with both customers and colleagues and have very good cooperation skills. To thrive with us, you are non-hierarchical, forward-looking, and a social person who enjoys the role of a Property Technician.
