About the role

As an employee, you represent Hornbach and serve as an example of engagement, drive, and customer service. Hornbach's drive-in center is a logistics hub where customers pick up most of our heavier construction and wood materials.

Examples of duties

• Handle daily operations, including unloading incoming goods
• Control and replenishment of stock
• Advising and selling construction and wood products to customers
• Administer and pick customer orders
• Be helpful on other departments if needed

Your profile

• Upper secondary education or equivalent, along with experience in retail.
• Experience in selling construction materials
• Stress-resistant, detail-oriented, and skilled at teamwork.
• We value good orderliness and expect you to have a naturally outgoing work approach
• Passionate about offering our customers the best possible service
• Realize customers' projects through professional advice on our wide product range
• A valid B-driver's license is required
• Reach truck license (A1-A4 & B1-B4) and experience driving a forklift are required

Working hours/Duration: Fixed-term, seasonal. Part-time 20 hours/week. Scheduled working hours during days, evenings, and every other weekend.

Salary: Salary according to collective agreement.
