As a Warehouse Supervisor/Material Handler, you play a central role in logistics, ensuring that material flow operates efficiently from receipt to delivery. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and collaborate with colleagues to maintain quality and delivery reliability.

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor/Material Handler for our client in Falkenberg. This position is ideal for you if you want to take overall responsibility for warehouse operations or develop your experience within logistics and material control.

You will become an important part of an engaged team where you together ensure that the warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Planning and coordinating goods receipt and dispatches
• Overall responsibility for material handling and inventory levels
• Order processing, picking, and packing
• Ensuring that work routines and safety regulations are followed
• Continuous inventory checks and discrepancy reporting

The work requires structure, decision-making ability, and good communication skills.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, orderly, and has a practical mindset. You thrive in a leading or coordinating role, are accustomed to prioritizing, and get things done in a high-tempo operation. You collaborate well with others and contribute to a positive work environment.

Previous experience in warehouse or logistics work is meritorious, as is experience in personnel management or team leadership. Willingness to learn and the right attitude are important.

• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Forklift license A & B
• Previous experience with warehouse management, inventory, and order processing
• Good computer literacy and experience with warehouse systems or similar IT support
• Good physical condition as the work may involve heavy lifting

• Experience in leading or coordinating personnel
• Experience in working with improvement initiatives
