Your Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced CNC operator with expertise in both turning and milling. As a CNC operator, you will use your skills to program, set up, and monitor multiple CNC machines to produce precise components according to specifications. Your key responsibilities include:

• Programming and optimizing CNC machines to ensure efficient production.
• Monitoring machine operations and ensuring that all manufactured components meet high quality standards.
• Performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to minimize downtime and increase availability.
• Collaborating closely with production and engineering teams to continuously implement improvements in the production process.
• You will work operationally at the machines with both turning and milling.

Your Background

We are looking for someone with significant experience in NC and CNC machining, who can quickly adapt to our production environment. Your qualifications should include:

• Proven experience with CNC turning, milling, and programming.
• Good knowledge of CNC programming tools and languages.
• A strong understanding of technical drawings and the ability to accurately translate them into finished components.
