Matrix stores, part of the Matrebell chain, are looking for new team members. We work with products that meet all customers' needs. The ideal candidate for this position should be passionate about food, enjoy working with customers, and have a strong focus on quality. Additionally, you should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to inspire customers with your experience.

Your daily tasks will include placing orders, restocking shelves, managing campaigns, and product display. Inventory management and daily operations are key parts of the role. You will actively work on improving the profitability of the department, ensuring that the store's endcaps and shelves are well-stocked and inviting for customers. We are looking for a flexible employee who is constantly eager to develop.

To succeed in this role, you must be stress-resistant, able to juggle multiple tasks, and ambitious. It is important that you are friendly, service-oriented, and fluent in Swedish, as this facilitates daily contact with customers and suppliers.

Previous experience in a similar role is a requirement. We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
