We are a team of 25 employees working at AQ Jitmech Örnsköldsvik, specializing in advanced component manufacturing within the engineering industry. • TIG Welding: For those neat, surgical joints that require finesse.
• MIG/MAG: When speed and strength are needed in most materials.
• Drawing puzzles: You read drawings as easily as others read comic strips.
• Quality Control: You would rather double-check once too often than let go of something that isn't "top notch".
• Collaboration & Improvement: Active collaboration with colleagues to ensure production flow and participate in improvement work regarding processes and manufacturing methods.
• Maintenance: Daily supervision of welding equipment and ensuring a good and safe working environment.
• Assembly: Assembly of various details, so you should be able to screw things together.

We are looking for you who have a solid foundation in welding.

• You have experience with both TIG and MAG/MIG (this is where the magic happens).
• You are a material expert – whether it is stainless steel, aluminum, or steel doesn't matter, you know how to tame them.
• You have a positive attitude – we like people who spread energy (and not just static electricity).
• You are self-reliant but know that the team wins in the long run.
• Very good ability to read and understand technical drawings and work descriptions.
• Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement.

• Certifications in welding
• Forklift license and Overhead crane license
