Our assignments often involve complex solutions where software and hardware meet, and where demands for reliability and functionality are high.

We are now looking for a Senior Embedded Developer who wants to work close to the technology alongside other experienced engineers.

About the role

As a developer here, you work on technically demanding assignments, often in teams together with others from Knowit.

Depending on the project, you will:

• Develop and optimize embedded software in C/C++
• Work closely with operating systems such as Embedded Linux or RTOS
• Debug and analyze systems where timing, resources, and behavior are critical
• Contribute to architecture and technical decisions
• Collaborate with system engineers, testing, and hardware teams to ensure the whole solution works

We prioritize assignments where the technical level and complexity are high, and where you have the opportunity to continue developing in your role.

About you

We believe you have several years of experience in embedded development and are confident in your technical competence.

You:

• Have good experience with C and C++
• Have worked with Embedded Linux and/or RTOS
• Are accustomed to working close to the system and understanding how software and hardware interact
• Thrive in environments where you solve complex problems together with others

Experience from product development in technically advanced environments is a plus, but most important is your technical level and interest in complex systems.
