The Role

As a Service Technician at Botek, you will have a varied and rewarding daily routine where you work both practically and problem-solve. The main focus is on the installation, service, and repair of weighing and RFID systems for collection vehicles. The work takes place primarily in the workshop in Järfälla, but may also involve customer visits around the Mälaren region.

You will be working with:

• Installation of scales and electronic systems on vehicles
• Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical components
• Ongoing service, maintenance, and annual inspections
• Documentation and follow-up of completed work
• Customer contact during delivery, installation, and support

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest who wants to combine practical work with problem-solving. You are responsible, detail-oriented, and thrive both working independently and in a team. With the right attitude and willingness to learn, you can grow into the role – here, your motivation is what matters most.

We would like you to have:

• Education or experience in electricity, mechanics, or vehicle technology
• Basic electrical knowledge and the ability to read simple electrical diagrams
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• English is an advantage
• A valid B-driver's license is required
