In this role, you will meet patients through digital channels and, when necessary, in physical settings. Together, we develop workflows that are easy for patients to understand and efficient for the team – from initial contact to follow-up and self-care support.

You are comfortable with digital tools and see the potential in AI support, standardized care programs, and unified documentation.
