Finjagården offers small-scale, highly specialized treatment for adults with personality disorders, neuropsychiatric disabilities, depression, substance abuse, self-harm behavior, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, and trauma. We also conduct psychiatric assessments. Through structured treatment methods such as DBT, CBT, and PE, complemented by a quality system, documented treatment results are ensured.

We are looking for you who are engaged, creative, and responsible. You should have good collaboration skills and an eye for detail and structure. It is important that you are receptive and quick to learn new things. You will have the opportunity to work in a team with high engagement and competence. You must be at least 18 years old. Experience in kitchen work is an advantage.

Your tasks include preparing breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, and dinner, as well as post-meal duties such as dishwashing and cleaning. All meals are prepared from scratch, and our kitchen caters to a wide range of special dietary needs. You should have basic knowledge of nutrition and food, be stress-resistant, and have a problem-solving mindset.

We are looking for someone who is quick and creative. We place great emphasis on personal suitability when hiring. You should have well-developed social skills, be open to feedback, and be eager to learn.

You will join a positive, creative, and cheerful team that puts their heart into the food and believes that "a meal is so much more than just food". Finjagården is located in a beautiful, rural environment close to nature.

We are looking for someone available to work on an as-needed basis. Working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday–Friday, as well as weekends.
